I broke the clasp on my tennis bracelet and my boyfriend offered to take it to get fixed. I was not familiar with Kensington jewelers but they did an excellent job. My bracelet was ready when they said it would AND their selection is amazing. Now that I know where they are and the quality of their work, I plan to go back and have them do a custom order. My engagement ring needed significant repair. I didn't realize a prong was missing until I visited the store for my son’s watch band adjustment. Mardik swiftly identified the missing prong and showed me that my diamond was loose. I hadn't noticed this beforehand. I just picked up my ring, and it looks completely new.
